How toapply for a programme?

The procedure is the same for all Network programmes — only the form and criteria differ.

Step 01

Read the call

Every programme has a public call with the basic information, criteria, deadlines and how to apply. Before applying, read the conditions carefully and check that the programme matches your interests and profile.

Step 02

Submit application

Applications are usually submitted online, via the form referenced in the public call. For each programme, check the application method, the required information and the submission deadline.

Step 03

Selection

Applications are reviewed according to the criteria announced in advance. Once the selection process is complete, every candidate receives feedback on the outcome of their application.

Step 04

Programme starts

Selected participants receive a confirmation of participation and all the necessary information about the venue, schedule, agenda and next steps. Any additional information or technical details will be provided before the programme begins. Participation is free, and costs are covered under the conditions of the specific programme.
