Vladimir Perazić

Vladimir Perazićis the general secretary of Mreža mladih Crne Gore (MMCG), the umbrella youth organization that brings together youth organizations and organizations working with youth across Montenegro. He is actively involved in the fields of youth policy, youth participation, democratization, and European integration.

He is a member of the Youth Council of the President of the European Commission, the Youth Initiatives Council of the President of Montenegro, and the National Youth Council of Montenegro. He is also the co-chair of the Executive Board of the European Youth Capital Podgorica 2028 and a member of the Working Group for Negotiation Chapter 26 – Education and Culture within the process of Montenegro's accession to the European Union.

Over the past years, he has coordinated and implemented numerous national and regional projects in the fields of youth policy, youth employment, participation, and regional cooperation. As a panelist, moderator, and speaker, he has participated in numerous international conferences, forums, and events dedicated to youth and European integration.

He is a student of international relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Montenegro.
