Sara Laković

Sara Laković is the financial manager of Mreža mladih Crne Gore (MMCG) and a member of the MMCG Board of Directors. Within the organization, she is engaged in preparing financial plans, maintaining financial records of projects, monitoring the financial part of activity implementation, recording financial transactions, and preparing financial reports.

She has particular experience in financial management of projects funded by domestic and international donors, including projects supported by ministries of Montenegro and the European Union. Besides her engagement in MMCG, she also works as a financial manager in NGO Aktivna zona, where she is responsible for budgets, transactions, financial records, reporting, and monitoring the overall financial part of project implementation.

Through her work in the civil sector, she has gained experience in financial administration, planning and monitoring project budgets, as well as ensuring orderly and transparent financial operations of organizations and projects. In MMCG, among other things, she was engaged in financial tasks within the project "Mladi u fokusu društva" and activities of the Youth Parliament.
