Milena Šćepanović Nikolić

Milena Šćepanovićis a program coordinator at the Association for Democratic Prosperity – Zid, where she works with youth, volunteers, and activists, as well as on promoting active citizenship and developing national and international projects. Within her work, she is involved in youth engagement, organizing meetings, presenting the National Volunteer Service, and promoting youth activism.
She is actively involved in the fields of youth policy, volunteering, civic activism, and youth participation. She is a member of the working groups for the National Youth Strategy and the Youth Law in Montenegro, and has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Mreža mladih Crne Gore. Through long-term volunteer engagement, she has participated in a large number of projects both domestically and internationally.
She graduated in political science at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Montenegro. She has participated in numerous youth exchange programs and trainings, including Youth Pass programs and trainer trainings.
