Nikolina Adžić Dakić

Nikolina Adžić Dakić is a member of the Board of Directors of the Mreža mladih Crne Gore (MMCG) and one of the founders of the organization. She is active in the fields of youth policy, education, inclusion, and youth participation, with a special focus on connecting educational practices, youth work, and public policies.

She gained professional experience through work in education and the civil sector. She works as a teaching assistant at QSI International School of Montenegro and is the founder and director of Montessori Busy Bees. She is also active in the Western Balkans Alumni Association, where she serves as deputy for communications and a board member.

Through regional and international programs, she has been involved in youth policy processes and cooperation in the Western Balkans. As a representative of the Regional pool of experts for Montenegro within the Youth Policy Lab, she participated in work on youth employment, policy creation, and participatory approaches in developing solutions for youth.

She is a doctoral candidate in the field of special education and rehabilitation of persons with intellectual disabilities. She completed her master's studies in inclusive education at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Montenegro, as well as undergraduate studies in pedagogy and andragogy.
